His instruction has been a valuable asset to me. If you're looking for a down-to-earth, easily approachable boxing instructor with a proven knowledge and skillset then this is your man.

In the few weeks that I have worked with him to improve myself Cornelius has been nothing short of kind and patient. His positive attitude in and out of the ring has been a boon of inspiration for myself: someone who has never had exceptional self confidence even at the best of times.

Whether you're looking to improve your skills and just generally achieve a higher level of fitness he can help you get it done.

I have been training with Cornelius since August and I'm feeling so much better for the sessions. Cornelius knows how and when to push you to achieve your fitness and strength goals. I have lost a load of weight, got so much stronger and it's only the beginning really as this just within a couple months. The sessions are great fun and a good balance between boxing, strength and cardio work. Highly recommended.

I'm in my 50's and have trained with Corney for a couple of years. Great for technique, cardio and strength endurance. Corney is very easy to get on with and very humble, considering he was British and World Champion, but this makes his advice very credible (versus someone who just earned a personal training qualification). I have trained with many people but the best technique, pad work, bag work has come from sessions with Corney. It is a great workout - my heart rate averages around 150 for the session (even though I take a few breaks) and peaks around 170. Hence it is a great heart rate workout, continually going up and down through the gears.
